Summary: Maury Donnelly and Parr, Inc is a growing 149-year-old P & C Agency looking to add a qualified billing professional to our expanding team in Cockeysville, MD. This Billing Coordinator is responsible for working with the MDP Programs team by analyzing and supporting their agency bill and direct bill accounts. The qualified candidate must have refined communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees all agent/ broker/ insured billing related communication
- Reviews billing system and agency statements to ensure all transactions are posted accordingly
- Responds to all internal and external billing inquiries and coordinates resolution with appropriate team members as needed
- Rectifies commission discrepancies
- Maintains centralized systems information, including contact information, codes, payment plans, and installment schedules\
- Files all accounting and billing related correspondence
- Executes related tasks and ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of billing or related customer service experience preferred
- Experience with database software, as well as Microsoft 365 products
- Detail-oriented self-starter comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Exceptional computer skills which include are not limited to sorting through system reports along with analyzing data in Microsoft Excel

Pay Range:
- $45,000-$55,000

At MDP, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is presented within this posting. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual bonus program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
