ANNOUNCEMENT
(August 25, 2022) Maury, Donnelly & Parr, Inc. is pleased to announce Jeff Dietrich as our Vice President of Carrier Relations. Jeff was the Branch Manager of the Baltimore office of Chubb and brings over 20 years of Insurance Carrier experience to MDP.

I cannot recall a time where meaningful carrier partnerships have been so critical” said Hayward Howard, Vice President. “Jeff is going to enhance those partnerships and ensure our organization is focused on those carriers who support MDP in the most impactful situations.”
During his twenty-one years at Chubb, Jeff worked himself up the proverbial corporate ladder from a Personal Lines Trainee to a Branch Manager. His accomplishments as Branch Manager included growing the portfolio of the Baltimore branch 5% a year while achieving 11% and 26% new business growth in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Additionally, he was nominated and attended a number of leadership and business school programs throughout his tenure at Chubb.
As our Vice President of Carrier Relations, Jeff will be our company’s key point of contact with all our Carrier partners. He will leverage the carrier operations and capabilities for efficiency gains, manage all appointments, and maintain transparency with key stakeholders regarding successes and challenges. Jeff will also serve as liaison between MDP and Carriers regarding placement questions, Carrier appetite, and opportunities for value creation.
This will be a challenging role, and admittedly one with several variables, but we are excited to see what Jeff will accomplish. Please join us in welcoming Jeff Dietrich.
